Legend Retarder Thinner

Legend Retarder Thinner is a slow-drying thinner. It works well with 2-pack PU-based (interior & exterior) and nitrocellulose-based products. It slows down the drying process while spraying paints and clears. It improves film smoothness and allows good leveling, solvency, and smooth application of paints when applied either through spray or brush thus extending an excellent finish even in hot weather. Legend Retarder Thinner has a certain action preventing milky effect of the surface.
